Managing Email Addresses

Below you will find the steps to take to manage your new business email address(es):

TO CREATE A NEW EMAIL ADDRESS:

  1. Login to the KD Client Area.
  2. Click on ‘Services’.
  3. Select your service from the Products/Services list.
  4. Scroll down until you see ‘Quick Create Email Account.’
  5. Enter the desired username and password.
  6. Click +Create.

TO EDIT AN EXISTING EMAIL ADDRESS:

  1. Login to the KD Client Area.
  2. Click on ‘Services’.
  3. Select your Informative or E-commerce Plan from the list.
  4. On the left sidebar, navigate to ‘Login to cPanel’.
  5. Scroll down to the Email section and click ‘Email Accounts’.
  6. From the list, Click ‘Manage’ by the email address you wish to edit. 

From this menu, you may choose to do any of the following:

  • Change the email address password.
  • Monitor email storage
