Design Services ::

Estimated shipping time varies by product. Please review the description of your product for this information. 

Production time (design and print) is included in the estimated shipping time for each product. Please review the description of your product for this specific information.

You must be logged into your KD Account for the design review of your products/services. 

Final design files are kept on file for a period of one year. You may download your final files at any time by logging into your KD Account. Additional fees may incur for a digital folder replacement after one year.

Websites ::

During the 30-day post-completion period, you are able to make any changes to your website design. Any requested changes after the post-completion period and after website is live will incur fees based on our hourly rate. (Minimum 2 hours)


To request changes, please contact your dedicated Creative Superhero. To locate this information, please check your project details located in your KD Account under 'My Super Projects'.

Print Production ::

Due to the unprecedented times circumstances, we are taking every step to ensure our turnaround times are met. We can only give you an approximate shipping time for your order based on our shipping carriers time. If your order has not been shipped within a few days of the expected time, please contact a Creative Superhero. You can view production and shipping times for each product/service on its respective page.


Please note during the holiday season, services times may be extended.
