Mobile Device Email Setup

To securely set up your email addresses on a mobile device, please follow the specific instructions for your device. 

For iPhone users:

1. Access your iPhone settings.
2. Scroll down the screen and choose ‘Mail’.
3. From the Mail menu, choose ‘Accounts’.
4. From the Accounts menu, choose ‘Add Account’.
5. On the Add Account menu, choose ‘Other’.
6. Click ‘Add Mail Account’ and enter the following information respectively.
   1. Name = name of person sending the name
   2. Email = email address you’re setting up
   3. Password = password for email address you would like to setup
   4. Description = identifying name for you to track email address
7. Choose Done once all information is entered.
8. From this screen, choose the IMAP tab if not already selected.
9. Scroll down to Incoming Mail Server and enter the following information:
   1. Host Name = vps.keltechdesigns.com
   2. User Name = full email address
   3. Password = email address password
10. Under Outgoing Mail Server, enter the following information:
    1. Host Name = vps.keltechdesigns.com
    2. User Name = same email address from previous step
    3. Password = same password from previous step
11. Choose Next and allow time for verification.
12. Once verification is complete, you may choose to use or not use the Notes feature which saves notes to this specific email address. Once complete, choose Done.

QUICK TIP: To test, send an email to yourself to ensure you’re able to send and receive properly.
